Hey, thanks for looking at our "Shipping & Returns" page!

What shipping methods do you use?
All items are shipped via http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/index_en.html through Japan Post. All item will be insured and will have a tracking number for your piece of mind. The tracking service is available on the Japan Post web site. Please use the following link.

Japan Post Track & Trace

Do you ship via SAL?
Yes, but only if the package is over 15kgs.

Could you please pack the item carefully?
Of course. We will put all the items in oversized packages with bubble wrap and filling.

What happens if my stuff gets lost or damaged?
The EMS fee includes insurance, so if anything goes wrong (but thankfully that is extremely rare), a Declaration Form will need to be obtained from you local Post Office. That form will then need to be faxed and a copy sent to knunt.com. After that we will process the insurance claim on your behalf.

Customs over here charges a huge import tax, so can you put a low value on the package?
It is not advisable that lower value is put on the package as the package will only be covered for that amount of insurance. However, because the majority of our customers don't like paying the extra import taxes, we generally mark the package at a lower rate. This only applies to countries that are known to charge import taxes. Please note that if you happen to have to pay tax, knunt.com is not under any obligation to refund that taxed amount.

Can I return my stuff?
Returns are accepted only if the product is significantly different to what is described in the item description. We do our best to describe all items accurately and fairly. We realise that the packaging of the item is often considered part of the item itself, so if we feel it is important, that will be described in detail. Please note that knunt.com is not under any obligation to pay the return shipping costs.
